Studio policies

The short version, so nothing is a surprise.

There is one chair, so a missed appointment is an empty afternoon rather than a gap someone else fills. These terms are what keep the prices where they are.

Deposits

A $20 deposit is taken at booking and comes off your total. It is transferable to a rescheduled appointment once.

Rescheduling

Move your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept and a new one is needed to rebook.

Running late

Arrive up to 15 minutes late and your appointment goes ahead, possibly shortened. Past 15 minutes it is treated as a cancellation.

Repairs

One nail lost or broken within seven days is repaired free. After seven days, single repairs are $10.

Other people's work

Removal of a set applied elsewhere is charged at $15 on top of your service. Mention it when you book so enough time is set aside.

Guests and children

The studio seats one person at a time. Please come alone where you can — there is no waiting area.
