How long does a set last?
Structured gel wears three to four weeks without lifting. Most people book a fill three to four weeks after their last visit.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A $20 deposit is taken at booking and comes off your total. It is transferable to a rescheduled appointment once.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Move it free of charge up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept and a new one is needed to rebook.
What happens if I am running late?
Arrive up to 15 minutes late and your appointment goes ahead, possibly shortened. Past 15 minutes it is treated as a cancellation.
Can you remove a set applied somewhere else?
Yes. Removal of a set applied elsewhere is $15 on top of your service. Mention it when you book so enough time is set aside.
